Seed of Life
An ancient sacred geometry symbol formed by seven overlapping circles. Representing creation and interconnectivity. The repeated edges and clear intersections give your eyes a steady route through the page. Let the structure guide your pace; each small section can be complete on its own.
Preparing your canvas…
A way to begin
Meditate on the interconnectedness of all things. The perfect symmetry provides a highly grounding coloring experience. Use one small section as an anchor, then widen your attention to the surrounding pattern. The aim is a steady, satisfying rhythm rather than a perfect result.
- Pause to scan the center and outer rhythm before choosing a palette.
- Follow the overlapping curves.
- Try a rainbow gradient.
- Step back at the end and notice which shapes feel balanced to you.
